Delete service data

You can initiate deletion of your anonymous identity, chat messages, and attached images using the in-app data-deletion control. If you cannot access the app, email the address below with the subject “Delete stOOriez Data” and any non-sensitive details that help us identify the conversation.

We will confirm the request, verify it belongs to you when needed, and delete data that we are not legally or securely required to retain.

Local data

Saved stories, usage counters, and display settings are stored on your device. You can clear saved stories in the app, and deleting the app removes this local data.

Notifications and subscription

Disable notifications in iPhone Settings. To manage or cancel a subscription, use Apple Subscriptions. Deleting stOOriez data or the app does not automatically cancel Apple billing.
